everyone talk about building a bigger quantum computer
but what if the future isnt one giant machine at all
what if its thousand of smaller quantum computer working together through quantum network
that feel much more realistic to me
instead of waiting for one perfect fault tolerant system we could see
distributed quantum computing sharing workload
quantum network connecting research center across the world
qkd protecting communication with physics instead of assumption
thats also why i keep watching @quipnetwork
post quantum cryptography and quantum networking dont have to compete
one protect the infrastructure we already use
the other could create an entirely new way to communicate
maybe the real breakthrough wont come from more qubit
itll come from making quantum system work together
thats the question im thinking about more these day
